Financial Projections

Financial projections are often requested by potential lenders and form part of a Business plan but can also be used as a financial measuring tool against actual results.

It is possible to feed in forecast figures to Sage and produce reports with both actual and forecast results on them for comparison. Financial projections need an accurate opening balance sheet as a starting point and must be modelled on realistic financial assumptions.

The closer the model is to reality in terms of employee numbers and wage rates to stock levels and days credit for debtors and creditors and relationships between key costs and sales the more realistic the projections will be.

We can work with you to produce realistic forecasts for Profit & Loss, cash flow an Balance sheet for 1 to 5 years or beyond, which will help you set targets, control costs and can be used to raise finance if required
